MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES(IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

a. Responsible to analyze and resolve customer requests, inquiries or problems
b. To process and forward membership inquiries at the reception desk
c. To follow set cash flow procedures, cashing up procedures and the safe handling and keeping of monies.
d. Process deliveries and applicable record keeping
e. Shift work and weekend work will be required at times as well as overtime work when necessary

a. 负责分析和解决客户的要求,查询或问题
b. 负责解答相关会籍的询问
c. 遵照已设定的前台现金操作步骤,结算处理并保管现金
d. 进行分发和申请记录的保管
e. 将需要轮班及周末工作,以及有需要还要加班

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

The job requires the following formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
a. College or above degree
b. One year or above working experience in customer service
c. Must possess proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office - Word, Excel…
d. Good English in oral
e. Must possess excellent communication skill, be patient, professional and courteous
